We perform a thorough evaluation of intellectual properties owned by individuals or companies to identify high-quality, underutilized properties. We offer two ways to partner with the IP owner: we can either acquire the intellectual properties suitable for monetization or acquire exclusive rights to license the intellectual properties. The intellectual properties will be licensed to companies implementing these intellectual properties, or if necessary, enforced by court. A portion of the resulting revenue will be returned to the original IP owners.
